Once we receive your information either
through the entry form on this site or over the phone, we will set up an appointment for a FREE on-site written estimate.
That way we can meet with you and see specifically what needs to be done and offer our professional advice to help you determine
the feasibility and budgeting for your project.
Design and planning
You may already know exactly
what you want, but if not, we can help you design your project. We can help you integrate your design ideas with current
product specifications, building code issues, set back requirements and neighborhood covenants. We will present you with a
detailed proposal/contract for your approval. This process sometimes happens on the spot or it may take several weeks
depending on the complexity of your project.
Production
After signing the contract, most
of the time we are prepared to begin the work immediately. Our craftsmen show up at the initial appointment with their tools
so they can accommodate your timing needs as best as possible. We will prepare a schedule for completion as well as help you
acquire the materials. At this time we can also apply for any necessary building permits.
Contracts
We supply all clients with a signed and dated contract. This will ensure that all involved will understand their role
and obligations in the project. Our contract has been designed to protect the homeowner and provide you with all notices to
your rights, as well as being in full compliance with the state contractor’s board.
Change orders
Deviations or additions to the original signed contract are handled with change orders, which become an addendum to
the contract. We will supply all change orders upon request.
